The Wishlist is your "buy eventually" list โ for things you're waiting on a sale for, items that need more fridge space, or anything you want to try but aren't buying yet.
When you're ready, move it straight to your Grocery List or Pantry with one tap.
Your schedule isn't always the same โ so your tracker doesn't have to be either. Create multiple profiles with different reset times and switch between them whenever your schedule changes.

Height not set. Enter your height to calculate BMI:
FoodSilo uses a "shift day" system โ your day is defined as the 24-hour window that contains the most hours of that calendar day.
Example: If your reset is set to 10:00 PM, then everything you log between 10:00 PM Sunday and 9:59 PM Monday counts as Monday. This is ideal for shift workers whose day starts in the evening.
Example: If your reset is set to 6:00 AM, your day runs 6:00 AM to 5:59 AM โ a standard overnight reset for most people.
You can set a different reset time for each day of the week to match your schedule perfectly.

Show "Add to List" button on pantry items with this many servings or fewer. Set to 0 to disable.

Data syncs automatically when you open the app. Calorie burn comes from Galaxy Watch for maximum accuracy.
Calorie burn from Google Fit is less accurate than Samsung Health for physical labour jobs.
